I have forgotten how sweet pop tarts are...and reminded why I don't usually buy them.

We have pretty much gone through the whole day without a fight. The kids are getting along so well.

We had hockey and ballet today. Julia got to wear the ballet skirt she finally got for Christmas and was thrilled. While in class Jacob and I hit a thrift store. There were lots of great (like new) children's books and at a whoppin' 50 cents. We were so excited to add to our Dr. Seuss collection. We are also trying out a new novel series for Jacob. He is a great reader but trying to find a series that he is really interested in is a challenge. They had a whole collection of "Goosebumps". We got one to try and if he likes it enough to finish it by next Saturday, we'll go back. Is anyone familiar with this series? Any good?
Oh, and I found skates!! Yay! After I give them a good spray with lysol (ewww if I didn't) and a sharpening, I'll be ready to go.

We had a play-date today with some friends from the neighbourhood. I walked them home with Rocky. Ho-lee he is hard to control. He was pulling me to the point of running for a good while. Hmmm...I've got to get my butt out there with this tank more often, it does a body good.

The Macdonald Hall series is also really good. Constantly making Daniel laugh. They are by Gordan Korman.
