This weekend I am off to a large national conference for women in leadership (all types of leaders ie. corporate leaders, doctors, church leaders etc.). I am both excited and nervous. I always feel lost in huge crowds like this, especially when I go 'alone'. There are lots of SA women going, and I know them all by name only.
This morning I got the list of delegates because of my special privilege of being on the prayer committee. While scanning the list, I noticed an old friend (from college) is going too. I will be happy to see her, if I can find her.
I have a sneaky suspicion I may be a 'youngin' there :)
I am hoping for great things to happen in my life during this conference. Things like empowerment, passion, vision, ignition, excitement, confidence, and equipping, to name a few.
Now I am off to embrace this day!

Hope you have a wonderful conference!!! Sounds like lots of fun and fellowship.
I think you already possess most of these things. I will pray for you while you are gone-that God will provide the things you are lacking and refine the qualities you already have. Love you!
