Good Times

Sunday came and went, As did Monday. Joel's coach was able to get some ice time for the team on Sunday afternoon. Only half a dozen or so team members showed up so they didn't have any subs, plus the ice time was twice as long as normal. It was great for those who were there (although a lot of hard work) because the coach was on the ice during the game instructing them on what to do when. I think they will be good and ready for the tournament this weekend. The work they have done with these little guys (and girls) is amazing.

On Monday, both boys woke up with a pink eye. We are working hard to get them all fixed up before we go away. As bad as eye drops are for all of us, they are doing really well with it!

The sun has been shining so far this spring break which is a blessing. Yesterday the boys played street hockey all morning, with Julia riding around on her trike as the zamboni. After lunch we took them to see The Shaggy Dog with our free movie passes. It was cute. Crazy, but cute.

As soon as we got home we took Rocky for another walk to the park and had a BBQ for supper.

Not sure what today will bring. Trying to keep everyone busy. So far, the street hockey and zamboni activity is keeping them busy again today. Maybe we'll get a bike ride in too.
