I feel a sense of relief. We have finally planned out our entire summer! woohoo!!! I was really starting to panic but now we at least know where we'll be (well sort of) and what we'll be doing (again a stretch) from now until Labour Day! The disappointment in it all is the fact that we didn't end up getting a trailer. There were tons for sale in late winter/early spring. We waited to see what our tax return would be like before we called around. By the time we called, every single one of them were sold. It kind of sucks but I guess it was meant to be. We booked campsites anyway and will do some good old fasioned tenting. Bring it!
Having fun these days. Feeling settled.
Looking forward to another walk to Starbucks with my neighbour. It took us a year to get a friendship started but it is finally happening. We are making it a weekly excursion and I am excited about the whole thing. She told me on our last outing that when they (and the rest of the street) saw the moving truck bring our things over a year ago, they wondered how long we would last. I wasn't surprised or offended but the whole 'awkward' feeling was validated.
Life's been good!

How long have you been there now? I can see the anxiety you would get over that - but try not to let it get you down. Some people don't really know the situations of the other officers and the way the Army works. I'm glad to hear you have started a friendship with the neighbor though. Blessings on that relationship.
Wow, an entire summer planned. Bravo! I couldn't imagine - I do good to plan a week in advance much less a whole entire summer.
Camping is so much fun - I know ya'll will enjoy minus the tralier.
lol, definitely laughed when I read the comment about your neighbour and the moving truck.
I'm back in Calgary for the summer now:) YAY! Well, in Calgary until the end of June when I go to camp. YAY!
Congrats on your summer plans! You sound just like me...I love planning out everything my family will be doing during the different seasons.
Wow your organized. lol. I have no idea what our summer plans are.
I wish I had a Starbucks within walking distance, although if I did i am afraid we would have no money....even with Chris's discount. ha
