Hee hee...turned out great.
Someone had given him a bunch of rhubarb. When he saw I wasn't too quick to jump in and chop it up and bake and freeze etc., he went ahead and did it himself!
i have a new respect for that man.

Great work! We have blueberries in our backyard and I should do the same with them but like you I remain seated on the subject of too much work...haha. You have a great man there!
In case Steve wants to try this jam thing again, may I suggest you buy them a 'jar' funnel. They're great and he wouldn't have to work so hard at not spilling any on the edges!
