Whoever invented these swizzle love hearts is so very talented! I have enjoyed these tasty little treats since I was 5 yrs old. All through my growing up days I made regular trips to Sam's corner store with my allowance. I think I have tried just about every candy on the market but these rank high on my list. So much so, that I still will treat myself every once in a while. :o)
Yesterday was one such day. I so deserved a little sweet treat after completing the budget for the next fiscal year...woohoo!! Heading up tp 7-11 to mail it off I lingered in the candy section and came out with a roll of the old favorites.
Honestly, that chemical in there that makes 'em fizz is so delightful, and addicitive!!!
You should get yourself a roll today and enjoy because I said so! Let me know if you do.

Never heard of them but the package looks like Smarties - which I love!

tnchick- are you from the states? 'cause canadian smarties look nothing like the love hearts.
I love those. Anytime I'm at 7-11 I look to see if they have them and get myself a little treat. I might just have to take a trip over soon. Mmmmmm. I'm a friend of Steve and Lori's, not some crazy person.

Leslie, You are very lucky to be able to buy Swizzle Love Hearts in your local 7-11 store. They are manufactured in the UK and none of the British Confectioners will ship to the US or Canada due to some issues related to anti-terriorism. I have not found any North American based websites that sell them and they are not on any store shelves here in the states.
