Addicted!



One of my most favorite things to eat in the whole wide world is 'killer coleslaw'. Honestly, it is so good I make it all the time. Enough to make my friends and family sick of it. But, I keep making it because it is that GOOD and I just eat (and enjoy) it myself.





calories & fat content: don't know, don't care.



Try it for yourself

  • 1/2 head of shredded cabbage (or one bag of shredded cabbage/coleslaw)
  • 4-5 chopped green onions.
  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 pkg of crushed Ichiban noodles

Toss together with dressing...

  • 1/4 cup white (or rice) vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • season/soup pack from Ichiban noodles.

I make the same thing but without the ichiban noodles, try putting some tuna in and viola, its delish!!
