More than a Neighbour

I locked myself out of my car and my house today. Steve was out and nowhere close to here. It was cold and wet with snow (yes snow) all around and I was stuck on my doorstep shivering. Thankfully my neighbour--no friend--pulled into her driveway and took pity on me. She altered her schedule, brought me into the warmth of her home and made me a cup of tea while I waited for Steve to come home.

Thank God for good neighbours!
