Let the Games Begin

Here we are, on vacation. We've been 'officially' on vacation since the 29th and will be until the 9th. We have an entire week off to pack, how fun.

Anyway, I wish you and yours a wonderful New Year and challenge you and I both to keep some type of journal over the next year, recording significant things that are taking place as the months go by.

I say this because I wanted to post my top 10 highlights of 2004 here and when it came time to do it, I couldn't think of anything or even remember a lot of the things that have happenend. I guess if I had to have a highlight, it would be our unexpected summer at Madawaska.

As sudden as it was, I truly believe it was all a part of the big picture God has in mind for our future. We were able to share our lives with people and build some relationships that I think will play a part in this next chapter as well. Although not sure what it will look like yet.

On another note............
A group of my friends are planning a farewell slumber party at a bed and breakfast for me next weekend. I am looking forward to spending that time with them, we always have a great time together. I must bring lots of tissue though because I know I'll probably be very emotional. I am going to miss them imensely.

I guess I better end it here and get back to packing.
