fighting, picking, teasing. back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. constantly. from the time we picked Joel up from the school bus, he and Julia were at each other. in the van, in the driveway, in the doorway, and at the lunch table. after surpassing our tolerance level, Steve firmly, says to both of them, “enough! stop!” everyone continued to eat their lunch except Julia who began sniffling and sobbing. Steve asks her, “Julia, why are you crying?” tears spilling down her cheeks she responds, “you yelled at me! now i’m never comin’ in your guy’s bed at night, ever again!”
Thanks for the much needed laugh Julia.
(she still comes in every night, so much for the threat!)
