Everything is so still and peaceful as people remain inside. When it has past, there is a feeling of freshness and renewal. Its like God giving the earth a bath, purifying the air and refreshing the land.
Rain Secrets So quiet in the house
with everyone asleep
sitting in the dark, motionless and calm.Listening to the rain
as it taps on the sill
like little children whispering in the night.Every rain drop holds
a secret brought to earth
floating silently inside each silver sphere.True knowledge from above
brought to earth in hopes
