Today was my day to sleep in a little and I loved it. Steve and I take turns getting up at 5:54 am with Rocky every morning (fun).
I finally got around to having a service man come check out my dryer before it burns the house down!!! So I hafta hang around here during their 'time frame'. Even though we are on vacation it looks like it's gonna be a clean-up day, rats!
Yesterday was my brother's birthday. We had a really nice ( & long) chat on the phone. That was a treat because it only happens twice a year! He and his wife and 4 kids live far east (NS) and we are quite far west (AB) so it sucks that we never get to see each other.
Here's hoping for a good day. The boys are in the play room with a friend and while they are not looking we are taking a garbage bag through their room!
Back to work on Tuesday! Will be tricky with the boys home from school but I was able to find a VBS for the mornings of next week which will give me a chance to do some stuff that is beckoning to be done!
Ooohh I feel like dancing!

Good times. Glad you found a VBS, that should help. I love the idea of taking a garbage bag to their rooms! Good for you. Glad things are on the up for you. Call me if you get "bored" or need a hand. Ha ha like you would need help, you are superwoman.
Interesting..I gained mine due to stress!
I am so sorry for the sadness and related stress. It really sucks, but you are right time to give it up, hopefully you have someone to walk beside you and be a sounding board to help release it. and of course you have lots of bloggin buddies (me included) to be supportive.
