If you are of the female persuasion, you understand how important girl talk is. When you don't have an outlet for that it can really get you down, trust me, I know! Sometimes you just need to VENT girly stuff to someone who can relate, hear you out and not think that you are being a big SUCK or WHINER.
I was feeling kind of crappy yesterday (not every day is a good day, but that's okay, it means I'm normal) but after some girl to girl talking and venting I felt MUCH better and ended up having a great day. Hopefully I didn't shoot her day into the crapper...

A girl time. thats one thing i have SO missed since I moved here to Boston, its been really sucky sometimes. I did however have a wonderful date with a girlfriend last week that included a 3 hour chat at Starbucks. So refreshing
Yes..something soooo refreshing about a good chat with a close girl friend! Love it! Had a good one with a close friend yesterday over lunch..definitely made my week!
I like chatting with you Yvonne, (and you too Leslie) hint hint. It is wonderful to have girly friends. I have such a hard time connecting with people, that I find it helpful to have the blogging communtiy to lift me up sometimes too if I don't always have a live person to talk to.
i've tried to vent to my husband but it's just not the same, women seem to understand why it's important to vent, men try to solve the problem when usually the problem is you just need to vent.
