Today is "Deck the Halls" day in our house when the kids get home from school. It was supposed to be yesterday, but Sundays are always a write- off. I did bring the boxes out from the garage and rearranged some furniture yesterday, sheesh what a big job! So much stuff, it is kind of ridiculous.
We have company coming for Christmas this year so we can't use the room in the basement to store the furniture being taken away which is posing a wee little problem.
Julia's Teddy & Me birthday party went over well on Saturday. Girls' parties are way more...hmmmm...'relaxed?' 'controlled?' (In my case anyway, my boys parties are always crazy!)

We have started decking, but until yesturday it was like spring, if not summer. this morning I woke to minus five and heavy frost so I guess we are safe to go whole hog.
You outdo yourself. Emma sure had fun. She loved the games and has been re-creating them here at home with brother.
I cannot belive how much Emma looks like Lori in that top picture! Yikes! Looks like a fun party!
