Score!

I can't understand why people litter. Seriously, in the year 2007 we should know better. This is a huge pet peeve of mine! I have grilled my kids on this and thankfully it is one of the teachings they choose to respect and obey. They know enough to put garbage in its place or in their pockets until they get home. If only I could get them to stop littering in the house we would be set!

School yards are just ridiculous! We have a school basically in our backyard. The kids litter so much that it often ends up in our backyard. Very annoying.

This morning I took Rocky for a walk. I was feeling so alive (which is a good thing) and thought I would take a jaunt outside. On the way home we had to walk past the school. This is always fun for him, knowing he's going to get treats & snacks along the way. Today was no exception, he kept his nose to the ground and scored big time. At one point he had a ham sandwich (still in the plastic wrap) and would not let go. I eventually got it from him and threw it away. When I did, the plastic wrap came off, freeing the deli ham for his delight. I wouldn't let him have it and he didn't like it, not one little bit! He looked back 3 times..."bye bye my love..."

He quickly got over it when a few steps further he found a chocolate pudding cup half full to lick out! Sick!


Please people...Don't be a litter bug.
